At Ladybug’s Grace, each order is prepared with care to ensure your skinfood arrives fresh, secure, and ready to nourish your skin. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Because our products are made in small batches and often released as limited collections, processing times may vary slightly during launches or high-volume periods. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

At this time, we ship within the United States only.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your order has shipped, delivery is subject to the carrier’s schedule and conditions.

Ladybug’s Grace is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Ladybug’s Grace is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Ladybug’s Grace is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but lost or stolen after delivery.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. We recommend shipping to a secure location to prevent theft.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

  • Photos of the damaged items and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on product availability.


Heat & Weather Considerations

Some products may soften or melt during warmer temperatures. This does not affect product quality.

If melting occurs:

  • Place the product in a cool area or refrigerator briefly to allow it to re-solidify
